MIKE PARRENT

Managing Partner

Mike’s background as a high-performing business development professional enables him to work through many complex aspects of asset acquisition and operations. He began investing in single-family real estate in 2009 in syndication of 87 investors and $17M in equity. Mike has been integral in leading the way for the education of investors and partners, giving them deep insight into all aspects of our investments. He has been instrumental in EPIC procuring off-market deals and creating a successful portfolio of multifamily assets.

FRED DUMLAO

Managing Partner

Fred has been a commercial broker since 2008. He is a well-rounded client-focused professional with an entrepreneurial and IBM corporate background. Fred is critical to the EPIC team as the lead property acquisition analyst. His experience in both the commercial and multifamily real estate communities has allowed EPIC to leverage his contacts and build more meaningful relationships, translating into more offers and deals for our investors.
